I started studying fitness and running and became a level 2, Athletics Australia accredited running coach with a Certificate 4 in Fitness. After completing my level 1 Athletics Australia course I started Five Dock Runners as an inclusive running community for people of all ages and all levels of experience. Since January 2021, I have trained individual clients, worked as a Personal Trainer with Vision, and this year I have become the Cross Country and Distance coach at MLC in Burwood.

I offer run coaching programs across all distances, providing sessions that focus on speed, fitness, running technique, and drills to improve strength, agility and balance. I also help people with:

  • Strength training
  • Flexibility and mobility
  • Preparation for hiking and walking adventures
